Osaka Japan: Ichiran Ramen

Ichiran Ramen is in Harajuku, Tokyo. There is a very long line at most times of the day. I like that they give you a little slip of paper that lists different options for your Ramen while you are in line. You order tickets from a vending machine. The vending machine lists different items like “shoyu ramen” or “extra noodles”. I think that they have very good shoyu.
